  • Filling out Session Producer checklist
  • Dry run the presentation
  • How to set up my PowerPoint slides for online usage
  • Ensuring session participants are engaged, active and present


Lesson 2 - Show time

  • Brief demo of MS Teams
  • Logging into session
  • Resending online meeting link
  • Organizer changing roles from Presenter to Attendee
  • Polls: Pre-setup, Microsoft Forms
  • Breakout rooms
  • Turning on and off your audio, video
  • Whiteboard, emojis, raising your hand
  • Your background - what is behind you? Do you need to clean your visual space? Virtual Backgrounds

  • Troubleshooting audio problems
  • Troubleshooting video problems
