Private Training

Cancellation or Rescheduling Requests

The Great Canadian Training & Consulting Company works hard to schedule our training and other services with participants in mind. Notice of cancellation or rescheduling for private training must be received a minimum of 10 business days prior to the confirmed date for no financial penalty to be incurred. Any cancellation or rescheduling received less than 10 business days prior to the start of the course will be charged for in full for 100% of the course cost.

At Great Canadian Training, we prioritize the health and safety of our clients and team. In case of inclement weather forecasted on the scheduled class date, we may recommend converting the onsite session to a virtual instructor-led session.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be received in writing to [email protected] at least 10 business days in advance of your session.

Attendance Policy

The confirmed number of participants must be received at least 3 business days prior to the confirmed class date in order to make any adjustments to your final invoice.

Public Training

Cancellation or Rescheduling Requests

The Great Canadian Training & Consulting Company provides a public schedule with guaranteed-to-run classes that run often.

Notice of cancellation or rescheduling for public training must be received a minimum of 10 business days prior to the confirmed date for no financial penalty to be incurred. Cancellations or rescheduling received within 10 business days will result in a charge of 100% of the course cost; however, the participant will be able to register for free for a future public class of this course within 1 year as part of our Learn or Come Back Free policy.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be received in writing to [email protected] at least 10 business days in advance of your session.

Payment

Anyone taking Great Canadian Training public classes must have an account in good standing before proceeding with additional public class registrations. An account in good standing refers to not having any overdue payments owed to Great Canadian Training.

Great Canadian Training reserves the right to request pre-payment for public classes before proceeding with any public class registrations.

Training Materials

Once the training materials have been ordered, the client is responsible for the cost of the training materials even if:

  1. The client cancels the training session before the 10-business day cancellation period. The Great Canadian Training & Consulting Company will notify the client that their materials are being ordered approximately 10 business days before the training session.
  2. The materials are not usable because the client told The Great Canadian Training & Consulting Company incorrect information such as the wrong version, level, program or wrong amount.
  3. The client chooses to acquire additional training materials. If the client decides to do so, the client will incur the additional cost. If the client requests the shipment to be rushed, then the client will incur the additional cost.
  4. All training material is non-refundable.

Workshops

Notice of cancellation or rescheduling for workshops must be received a minimum of 10 business days prior to the confirmed date for no financial penalty to be incurred.

Any cancellation or rescheduling request received less than 10 business days prior to the start of the workshop will be charged for in full for 100% of the workshop cost; however, the participant will be able to transfer their workshop registration to another individual at no additional charge.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be received in writing to [email protected] at least 10 business days in advance of your session.

Formation Privés

Demandes d'annulation ou de reprogrammation

The Great Canadian Training & Consulting Company s'efforce de planifier ses formations et autres services en tenant compte des participants. L'annulation ou la demande de changement d'une formation privée doit être notifié au moins 10 jours ouvrables avant la date confirmée pour qu'aucune pénalité monétaire ne soit encourue. Toute annulation ou demande de changement de date reçu moins de 10 jours ouvrables avant le début de la formation sera facturé à 100 % du coût de la formation.

Chez The Great Canadian Training, nous accordons la priorité à la santé et à la sécurité de nos clients et de notre équipe. En cas de mauvais temps prévu à la date du cours, nous pouvons recommander de convertir la session sur place en une session virtuelle dirigée par un formateur.

Formation Publique

L'avis d'annulation ou de report d'une formation publique doit être reçu au moins 10 jours ouvrables avant la date confirmée pour qu'aucune pénalité monétaire ne soit encourue. En cas d'annulation ou demande de changement de date dans les 10 jours ouvrables, 100 % du coût de la formation sera facturé; toutefois, dans le cadre de notre politique « Apprenez ou revenez gratuitement », le participant pourra s'inscrire gratuitement à la prochaine formation publique dans un délai d'un an.

Les annulations ou les reports doivent être communiqués par écrit à [email protected] au moins 10 jours ouvrables avant la date de la formation.

Paiement

Toute personne qui participe aux cours publics offerts par The Great Canadian Training doit avoir un compte en règle avant de procéder à une inscription à d'autres cours publics. Un compte en règle signifie qu'aucun paiement en retard n'est dû à The Great Canadian Training.

The Great Canadian Training se réserve le droit de demander un prépaiement pour les cours publics avant de procéder à toute inscription.

Matériel de formation

Une fois les supports de formation commandés, le client est responsable des frais, même si :

  1. Le client annule la session de formation avant la période d'annulation de 10 jours ouvrables. The Great Canadian Training & Consulting Company informera le client que son matériel est commandé environ 10 jours ouvrables avant la session de formation.
  2. Le matériel n'est pas utilisable parce que le client a communiqué à The Great Canadian Training & Consulting Company des informations erronées telles que la mauvaise version, le mauvais niveau, le mauvais programme ou le mauvais montant.
  3. Le client choisit d'acquérir du matériel de formation supplémentaire. Si le client décide de le faire, il devra payer le coût supplémentaire. Si le client demande que l'envoi soit accéléré, il devra payer le coût supplémentaire.
  4. Tout le matériel de formation n'est pas remboursable.

Ateliers

L'avis d'annulation ou de report d'un atelier doit être reçu au moins 10 jours ouvrables avant la date confirmée pour qu'aucune pénalité monétaire ne soit encourue.

Toute demande d'annulation ou demande de changement de date reçue moins de 10 jours ouvrables avant le début de l'atelier sera facturée en totalité à raison de 100 % du coût de l'atelier; toutefois, le participant pourra transférer son inscription à une autre personne sans frais supplémentaires.

Les annulations ou les reports doivent être communiqués par écrit à [email protected] au moins 10 jours ouvrables avant la date de la formation.
